“Another great delivery through SMB. We've used SMB for the past two years, have never had a problem, and the speed of the delivery from the States to The Netherlands is mind-boggling. “While the service itself was good, the costumer service isn't. After the bag was delivered I had two (?) employees of the company asking for more money and after stating that my transfer didn't arrive and the bank account didn't even belong to them. I never understood why they did this last part, but I didn't accept to send more money (another transfer), and they ended up apologizing stating they found my initial transfer's money.”
