“Great coming back to the UK but the service out to Portugal is terrible due to petty Portuguese regulations. You can take your Gucci suitcase stuffed with designer clothes and wearing a Breitling timepiece and go through nothing to declare without hindrance but sending an unaccompanied suitcase with second-hand clothes and a few books results in charges of 88€”

“Very smooth process, would definitely recommend. Their website and app are easy to use. Pick up and delivery was on time. I was contacted after they picked up my package to say that it exceeded maximum measurements, but I had photographic evidence that it actually didn’t. It must’ve changed shape after being picked up by DHL. They didn’t charge me an extra fee bc I had photos. Very quick to respond and were polite”
