“I cannot recommend Send My Bag highly enough. Both pick up from home to Glasgow and again from Glasgow to home all instructions were carried out exactly as agreed. Both journeys on time with suitcase arriving without a scratch. I definitely would suggest you use this method which makes travelling easy (especially going by train!).”

“I had to pay for customs even if they were personal belongings because they made a mistake. I talked many times to customer service, escalated it to the manager and still don't have 200Euros back. They said customs don't approve their claim. Send my bag should cover their customers for their mistakes.”

“Overall. I will rate my experience as excellent as my parcel arrived safely, intact and in time for Christmas HOWEVER, this is due to the kindness of another person. My bag was incorrectly delivered to a house in England ( not Australia, its destination) The person in England received the bag, opened it, inserted a kind note and then contacted send my bag to collect the bag and redeliver it to my son in Australia”
