“Excellent service safely delivered very quickly”

“Overall. I will rate my experience as excellent as my parcel arrived safely, intact and in time for Christmas HOWEVER, this is due to the kindness of another person. My bag was incorrectly delivered to a house in England ( not Australia, its destination) The person in England received the bag, opened it, inserted a kind note and then contacted send my bag to collect the bag and redeliver it to my son in Australia”
