Very impressed with the service. The process was completely smooth and I’ve also recommended it to my friends. I have two suggestions 1) It would be even better if the driver calls us when he arrive at the location 2) You should allow us to drop our package at some pickup/service points so that we need not stay at our home the entire day just to hand over our bags especially when you can’t promise particular time window when the driver arrives.

I used this service all the time and recommend to everyone. I booked a bag for my mother from Ireland to Portugal and had had to pay a remote fee which I never had to before and was told it was a system error so would be refunded but I had to pay it first then claim refund! I booked it well I and advance to arrive before the date it was needed to then receive and e-mail saying it was going to take longer! I contacted her he helpline and was told I could get it sent express enabling would have to pay and extra £100! I am disgusted over this as I bragged so much about what a great service it was. I had to cancel in the end and get it brought over on the plane by a family member. I won’t be recommending again that’s for sure

Dear Nicola, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I apologise for the inconvenience experienced on this occasion. During the booking process our system usually displays an estimated transit time based on live information being received from our network. If live information is unavailable, a transit time is displayed based on historical data, with a warning that the transit time will update once the live system is available. I can see in the case of your booking the live system was unfortunately unavailable at the time of booking. I appreciate the inconvenience this may cause, however as the warning was displayed and as the live system was available and transmitted the updated estimated transit time within 20 minutes of booking, the customer service team would be unable to offer a free upgrade to the express service. I am glad the team were able to arrange a fast no quibble 100% refund and I hope you may give us another chance again in the future. Many Thanks, Send My Bag

I researched these services pretty thoroughly before settling on one, so going in I was confident that SendmyBag was a good choice. Of course you don't really know until you do it. Everything worked out well for me and the bag arrived on time. The only (minor) negative is the short list of things you can't ship this way, and I get the feeling customs is pretty strict about it. For example, only one device with a battery is allowed, and an Apple AirTag will count as that device. If you have a polycarbonate bag, I would recommend buying a protective cover for it, and I would also recommend filling up any empty areas of your luggage with paper towels, or something to give it structure. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would happily use the service again. My experience was a 5 out of 5.

I had my luggage went from the US to Paris, France and it was the best decision. My luggage arrived safely and timely. It helped make our trip easier. I highly recommend!!

They came and took my bag when they said they would, and dropped it the other end wgen they said they would. Thats it, no hassle. I do recommend you use those tags they send you. It makes everything truly easy. It costed 30 quid abd saved me three cabs and plenty of headache. Go for it!
