“Super impressed. It’s a complex process but their step by step instructions, label delivery service and amazingly intuitive website made it ridiculously easy. “Very smooth process, would definitely recommend. Their website and app are easy to use. Pick up and delivery was on time. I was contacted after they picked up my package to say that it exceeded maximum measurements, but I had photographic evidence that it actually didn’t. It must’ve changed shape after being picked up by DHL. They didn’t charge me an extra fee bc I had photos. Very quick to respond and were polite”
