“I can 100% recommend this company. After being ripped off and let down be another company 3 days before my daughters 8th birthday. I placed an order with segbo and emailed them with what had happened. The contacted me straight away and reassured me that they would have the hoverboard and cart with me on time and it arrived the very next day. My daughter (and us) have had hours of fun especially in lockdown it has been a godsend! Thankyou so much and a special mention to Rex (I think that was his name) who I spoke to and helped me with the order 😄”

“The children absolutely love their SEGBO. One had a problem with charging just a week after they received them. It was posted back and is now working well. They like to race them with each other. It's brilliant for older children to get them out and about doing something different and fun! Would definitely recommend. My 79 year old dad's even had a go! My mum was petrified and he loved it.”

“The advice I had running up to COVID and lockdown was exceptional and I sent my product away for investigation and repair. I haven’t heard anything since and hope this is because no one is working at the repair base. I will follow up after lockdown as my son is desperate to get his back. An email or letter to say they will check once back would be nice as surely they are able to access customer details from home.”

“Great product, recommended to a family member who also purchased a hover board. I asked question prior to my order and got a quick response. I know that the family member had an issue with the charger which was replaced and sent to them straight away. Can’t fault the company and would buy from them again, they were upfront about the delivery time which was about 7 days from order”

“Do not buy off this company . Had a Segway for Christmas . When she went to use it it wouldn’t work properly . I had to pay 20 pounds to send it back . They said they fixed it . When we received it it was still broken . Then when I sent it back again they said it was water damaged but it hadn’t even been rode on as it was broke so it was stored in box in car until I sent back . They ever eventually said they would fix it . We are now in April , nearly six months down the line and we received it back few days ago. To our shock we opened the box and it was in pieces . Bits missing etc. No way damage could of been done in transit . Been trying to contact since through email and have had no reply . I told them months ago I needed this fixed as my child is autistic and Doesn’t understand why they can’t use there Segway and it keeps arriving and being taken away again . This has caused so much distress to my kids with their special needs . I m 300 pounds down and they haven’t been able to have one days use . Really has caused me so much stress .”

“Unfortunately I still haven’t received my returns box after about 4 months. It was just prior to CV19 so I have no bad feelings about that. After lock down I’ll follow it up. What I can say is that the young man than helped me on the phone was exceptional and I can only imagine that the service would be brilliant if I got it! I don’t think that now is a good time for poor reviews, it’s an unreasonable expectation to have fabulous service.”

“We searched various suppliers for ‘the best’ Hover board and this model had the best reviews. SEGBO offered the best all round package and price. My 10 year old lad loves it, it’s a beast. Superb quality and when you put it alongside other hover board / karts, there is no comparison. It’s well worth spending a few quid extra and having this board / kart.”

“Do not order from this company what so ever!!! I ordered a segbo for my daughters birthday and deliberately chose this company as it was guaranteed next day, yet took a week! They advised me my order was delivered although it was not. 4 weeks now and still no item! You cannot speak to anyone and they are so unhelpful by email its a waste of time. They took my money, have no empathy and insist i have the item even though it was not signed for! No item, no refund, absolutely poor organisation and will be seeking legal advice to claim my money back!! 👎🏼”

“Had a little issue when I first bought this for my son. And was a little dishearten . But the customer service I received was prompt and very helpful and managed to sorted out my problem of the board straight away. My son loves this board loads of fun for the whole Family. Would highly recommend and the cart is a extra bonus hours of fun.”
