Using the website was easy and my order of a hoverboard was delivered quickly. It came with a carry case and a remote fob which you can use to turn it in and off and control the Bluetooth speakers. My son loves it.

APPALLING COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have any issues with your purchase, forget it. They don't reply until you send huge amounts of emails/ phone calls, then dont help. Im pretty disgusted with this scam company - that are not related to Segway - BUY ELSEWHERE

Ordered two boards and carts for our children’s birthday 3 month apart. Son’s didn’t work and had to be send back for repair on fault. Our daughters looked like it was working as we charged to check and wrapped for birthday and when she came to ride it, it too was faulty so she hasn’t been able to use it ever. Bed faults I. These so a waste of money.

Segbo provides both excellent quality and service. Recently spoke to a member of staff (Remi) who dealt with a couple of issues for myself. His knowledge and mannerism were second to none and could not do enough to help and resolve my issues. Highly recommend Very pleased and returning customer

Absolute joke of a company. ordered on line 4th Nov with a stated delivery date 16th Nov. Email confirmation recd then states there will be a delay and will be send week of 16th Nov. update email saying "GOOD NEWS" received on the xx advisign delivery will be made on week of the 4th Dec. no apology or explanation why yet another delay. Well the 4th has now passed. I was assured it would arrive today Wed 09th and guess what - after contacting service I have now been told it is again going to be another week. This was supposed to be for my daughters birthday on the 12 Dec. At this stage I doubt it will arrive for Xmas if at all - increasingly likely this is a scam given the appalling replies from the customer service.

Bit of a mix up at first with dispatch date but was sorted rapidly and shipped to expectations I'd highly recommend using this company although I have not used the products as yet as they are Christmas presents for my boys.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Small issue was sorted via email very quickly. Customer advisers were friendly and pleasant and replied quickly. Product is amazing- my daughter will love it!

I love this site, easy to order, fab prices and quick delivery. I was Kept up to date via email on my delivery status and although the delivery time was recommended late it arrived a few weeks earlier. I'v recommended to friends and family!

I ordered 3 sets on next day delivery and as soon as payment went through I received an email to say they were waiting for stock and would receive my order the following week The boards took about 6 weeks to arrive and there was no email communication when I emailed to ask for a delivery date The first communication I received was from Dpd to say they were delivering however I’m happy the boards look great although we haven’t tried them yet as they are Christmas presents
