“My daughter loved her Segbo hoverboard and gocart couldn’t believe how quick it was, even on grass. The music speaker is good enough quality and loud enough to provide a mobile disco for my daughter. We noticed that the battery life on her Segbo was much longer than her cousins hoverboard that isn’t from Segbo. Overall we are happy customers, it’s built like a tank and looks like it will last well.”

“Purchased a hoverboard and kart as a Christmas gift last year and the process couldn't have been smoother. Kart arrived first within a couple of days and the hoverboard the following day. Stupidly I only opened the packaging on Christmas eve to find the kart had a damaged seat. Contacted customer service when they reopened after Xmas and I had a replacement the following day. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Contemplating another purchase as my two daughters now fight over it. Keep up the great service”

“Excellent experience all round. Chose Segbo looking for an offroad hoverboard, with UK stockist - kart pack was an added bonus. Order was dealt with promptly and efficiently despite the coronavirus lock down, clear communications by email, and order arrived in time for our son's birthday. Product seems excellent - hoverboard robust, powerful and works well, and the kart attachment is brilliant! No issues so far with reliability - one of the velcro straps broke but Segbo quickly replaced by post. Great product and service - definitely recommend.”

“I have had the worst experience with this company. They claimed to have fixed my son's hoverboard but it was returned on several occasions in a worse condition than when it was sent to them. On one occasion it was returned to me with loose bits of plastic rattling around inside of it. The company also said that my son was riding it incorrectly (he is an experienced rider). Absolutely awful company. Do not use.”

“Great product, bought this for my daughter for her birthday, along with the cart attachment & she absolutely loves them. First time charging took a lot longer than charging time stated in manual & I would suggest that if you are buying as a birthday present etc, then to try & charge this before wrapping it up. My daughter had to wait hours & hours on her birthday, before it could be used but hasn't been off it since & recharges are a lot quicker thankfully. She has only been able to use it in the house & garden so far due to lockdown & is looking forward to being able to play out with it properly soon. I would fully recommend this product to anyone.”

“Customer service was really good and all my messages where answered effectively and efficiently. Although our hoverboard came back still not working these guys have kept the account open so when covid-19 is over I can send it back to be fixed again.”
