Purchased a scooter from segbo 2 months ago...got on it today and the handlebar was rocking back and forth...looks down a crack and missing bolt has appeared above the brass ring....contacts them...they say nothing to do with us...who's it to do with then....still has ten months warranty...disgrace

Ordered from here last week and they have no record of it but have took the money from my bank my sons birthday is tomorrow and they tell me today they have no record DISCUSTING DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Instructions for set up appalling, 1 screw wouldn't even locate into the hole of kart seat. On using, seemed flimsy with the 2 butterfly clamp clips holding the kart struts together, it travels at high speed. After a few goes, it separated and could have caused nasty accident. E-mailed for support, replied 4 or 5 times, each time sending more info and photos. No real support or proper advice provided. No shop to gk to to get it repaired ( w of the flimsy clips also broke very quickly). In the end asked for different kart which looked safer as a replacement as the upset caused to my daughter and hassle of trying to convince segbo purchase not fit for purpose and get a refund / replacement. Gave up out of sheer frustration and nowhere else to turn. Do not buy from here is my advice.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** - worst customer services experience ever - faulty hover board (which they charge you for the privilege of returning) has been back with them for over 1 month and still no sign of it being returned - all they continually say is "...the end of this week..." - shall be contacting Trading Standards to report them - I wouldn't waste your money

Quality product. Customer service was very good. When my product was delayed, they handled properly. Disappointed cause no carry case. I will report it and I am sure they will handle with care.

Firstly your luck to get 1 star as there no option to give you a minus, this is not a rant from an unstable customer, just a disappointed one. Well here goes. Purchased the hoverboard in December, but even though I could prove I had paid for it on my credit card, Segbo denied receiving the payment. I produced bank transaction, but still you denied it. After a week of phone calls and emails that would never replied to, I finally got somewhere when you admitted it was an error on your computer and I had in fact purchased the hoverboard. Wow thanks for telling me something I already knew. Fast forward 6 months and the hoverboard developer's some problems. I contact you and you ask me to send it back as the board is still under warranty, which cost me £17.99 by having to purchase your collection package. After I purchase the package you send me another email saying the chassis wasn't covered, even though i had to point out on my email "warranty cover which is on your website stats" “Our warranty covers all the electrical components and parts inside your hoverboard”, I even pasted the whole warranty statement in case you have misplaced it in your office. I have pointed out the section that mentions parts inside the hoverboard, if the chassis has split then it covered as it’s inside the hoverboard", not rocket science here guys. As usual to this email, I again had no reply. So hoverboard sent off, I them receive a message from DPD saying the hoverboard is coming back to me, yet no email to say what you fixed, and when the board arrived, there is a engineers check sheet in the box with absolutely no information regarding what repairs were done. To say this is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company I have purchased something from is an understatement. It's a real shame as my boy loves the hoverboard. Please don't every darken my door again with you products as I will definitely never purchase anything from your company again. p.s you still have my email address so it would be nice if you could tell me what you did to the hoverboard.

I purchased hover cart bundle my son absolutely loves it, we have however had to return it twice to get repaired which was a inconvenience! The customer services team are absolutely fantastic on both occasions so helpful & made it really easy I’m now contemplating purchasing another one for my older son as he loves his brothers

What a fantastic company segbo is I ordered a E400 ADULT ELECTRIC SCOOTER FROM THEM ONLINE I GOT NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS ADVERTISED IT CAME WELL PACKED AND ON TIME .THE SCOOTER IS GREAT .THE INFO SCREEN IS AS CLEAR AS BELL .I WEIGH IN AT 12 STONE THE SCOOTER GOES AT 20 KMH.IT RECHARGES AT 2-3 HOURS .THE ELECTRIC BRAKE WORKS GOOD .THE HANDLE BARS ARE AT THE CORRECT HIGHT .FRONT LED LIGHTS ARE GREAT .WHATS NOT TO LIKE ABOUT THIS SCOOTER WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND .I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO RING SEGBO TO ASK ADVICE ABOUT THIS SCOOTER AND THE STAFF THERE ARE VERY HELPFUL.MANY THAKS TO SEGBO .....GREAT

Very fast efficient delivery however the segbo was faulted!! I contacted segbo the customer services were absolutely fantastic so helpful a courier was sent the next day I have received regular emails regarding the process of my segbo getting fixed & happy to receive 1 today stating it’s in transit my son is going to be a very happy boy when he returns from school

Very fast delivery good quality product however the segbo was faulted when we received it, segbo were very efficient and very helpful & very apologetic they sent courier to collect within 24hrs since then they have resolved the problem & the segbo is now in transit back to us ,my son is going to be so exited when he comes home from school

Bought for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it. Fast delivery and service only fault I have is the warranty void if removed stickers are falling off on their own so I hope it doesn't effect my warranty?
