“I baught the hoverboard and kart as a christmas presant for my son and i couldnt be happier he loves it he always goes out on it and plays music through it its a real head turner when folk see him on it 100% worth the money build quality is outstanding music from the speakers is cristal clear and customer service was amazing and delivered when they says it would be came well packed and in tacked would recomend to anyone to buy one before the buy from local shops.”

“Wow what an incredible present this is for my 6 year old grandson. Segbo with free hoverkart arrived and we all love using it. We are amazed at the quality and know it will last him for years to come. Such great service too. I was kept informed at every stage. Thank you. Nadine”

“Absolutely amazing product, so much better than the cheap segbos all the other kids drive around on that I see, soeekers are next to none the sound Is outstanding,alot better than I thought it was going to sound, and for the kart, what a safe and comfortable kart it Is,theres no flipping backwards what so ever, handling is amazing, my son is 6 years old and took to it so easily and the other kids I seen driving there karts were so dangerous I even seen one go flying across a children's park so fast that it would of done terrible damage to a youngster and even an adult,but the your product is next to none, very good quality and perfectly safe for young kids as they should be, thank you very much for keeping my boy safe with these 2 product”

“We have been really happy with the order process, delivery and ultimately the product. Bought the Segway with hoverkart kit for our 10 year old daughters birthday. She loves it. It charges quickly and the charge lasts for a long time. Great prices and offers on the website. We have already recommended to a friend who bought the same for their daughter and I dont think it will be long until we are back to buy another for our younger son. She sometimes uses without the go-kart kit but more use with the kit as it's easier for her. We're very happy!”

“The Hover board was a Christmas present for my daughter. They ordering process was very simple and delivery was very quick and could be tracked. This product was really well priced compared to others that I had seen. The product was well packed and protected. My daughter couldn’t believe hers yes on Christmas morning and took to it like a duck to water. Thank you for supplying a quality product.”

“Don’t deal with this company under any circumstances. My scooter was delivered in June 2019. After only 50 metres of use it failed. I returned it to Segbo within a week who “fixed” it and sent it back in August. It was just the same - totally unusable. Segbo wanted me to pay for the return! It went back to them in late August and I haven't seen it since despite several phone calls. They are totally useless and have no interest in their customers whatsoever. STAY AWAY”

“Hi....I have had issues with this scooter for 2 months now....I've been in contact with your company asking for video footage?????WHY....I know the electrics are at fault with not holding charge....I need your courier to come and pick the scooter up fo repair...simple as....its under warranty until july 2020....”

“Stay away do not buy off this company got segbo for my little girl on Christmas day used it for 30 mins power socket came out now it does not work or charge up poor campany my little girl was in tear on chiratmas day when it should be specal day for children . I will be contact trading standards”
