“I bought a Hoverboard April for my Daughters Birthday, it wasn’t used until early May (her birthday) she used it for one day then it broke. I emailed customer services then after 1 week they told me to send it back and as I was over 14days of buying the Hoverboard I had to pay £17.50. I returned this last week and received it back today with note saying they had replaced the left wheel, however what they’ve actually done is replace the wheel with a worn one rather than a new one!!! Not a happy customer!!!”

“I bought a Hoverboard in April for my Daughters Birthday, it wasn’t used until early May (her birthday) she used it for one day then it broke. I emailed customer services then after 1 week I was told to send it back and as I was over 14days of buying the Hoverboard I had to pay £17.50. So of course I done this as my daughter was desperate to use her birthday present. I returned the Hoverboard last week and received it back today with a note saying the left wheel had been changed and basically they’ve replaced it with a worn one and not a new one!! Not a happy customer!!!”

“would not recommend, as i ordered a hoverboard. when it came the charging put had came out of the back of it. bad customer service as no one has got back to me properly an they have not offered to replace it. it is also a hazard as i dont want to charge it just incase. waste of £200 definately not recommend”

“Bought our Hummer Segways from Segbo a year ago. Needed a few questions answered. Customer service was quick and helpful. My son broke his the mud-guard on his Segway and Segbo quickly repaired it and couriered it back to us. Would recommend Segbo to anyone.”

“We ordered a Hoverboard and Hoverkart on Sunday afternoon and received order by Tuesday so very prompt delivery, unfortunately one of the parts on the Hoverkart was bent but phoned and a new part was sent out straight away, would def use again.”

“Ordered a scooter (ex400) for my son from Sego and although when it arrived it seemed good, it soon went down hill very quickly. Bad: - The Range is nowhere near what is advertised - The break / accelerator levers stick ALOT which can be very dangerous - Speed is not what is advertised - Issue with brake light (reported day it arrived and they wanted me to send it away to be looked at rather than offer a replacement) - Screen very hard to see in sunlight Good: - Fast delivery - Seems sturdy Their customer service was lacking, requiring me to send away a brand new item to be looked at on the day it was purchased rather than offer a replacement or refund. Price seemed fair, but for the quality and reliability of the product supplied I would not recommend Segbo at all!”
