I purchased a segbo hover board for my grandsons birth day , he was so surprised and thrilled and when he got on he took off like he had been riding one for years when we fitted the cart well he disappeared up the street on the path and was gone for about 5mins , thrilled to bits and it was gold every thing he asked for but did not expect , one happy little 8 year old , thanks 😁

The Segbo which became a go cart was amazing when it arrived for my granddaughter - BUT for all of 3 days!!! It broke and the family have had such slow service even my daughter being told she must pay to return the faulty £200 item!!! I have been told this is the trouble - they don’t work properly and she is 9 and didn’t even get to take it outside. Such a mess For her!

The team at Segbo are helpful and happy to offer sound advice before purchase. Quick delivery of a quality product that my daughter loves. Great service all round. Wish hover boards were around when I was little! 🤣

Website was easy to use and my son picked his birthday present with ease. Paying was easy and even though there was a sale on we were given a code to get an extra £10 off! Can't wait for it to arrive!

We bought our two boys one each for Christmas, they absolutely love their segbo. The delivery was very quick they are quite an expensive purchase but I think that is reflected in the quality. We did have a problem with one of the go carts but the problem was quick and easily dealt with.

Had the kart that attaches to the Segway for two days front wheel bearing completely broke down. Sent e mail to complain as can’t seem to get through direct and policy says e mail communication. Have had nothing back and have a 11 year old without his birthday present and am £89.99 down !!

My son absolutely loves his hoverkart, he can wizz around on it all day and never gets bored! I wish I had one!!

I Bought abhoverboard for my daughter as a Christmas present, it arrived at the end of November. When she first got it on christmas morning I made sure it was fully charged the night before. The hoverboard kept cutting off, flinging her off, she is luckily she never got a serious injury. After contacting customer services I was advised to send an e-mail. I send an initial email where I got a response explaining I had to take some pics and they would get back to me. After nuemourous emails and sending the video I never got a response, all emails are logged to prove this. I also had phone calls which they claim they have no record of. When I finally got a reply in march I was asked to pay over £20 for me to return this item which I refused why should I fork out money for an item that from the start has not worked. After many emails they agreed to pay for the return of the hoverboard to be looked at. I sent the hoverboard away and it returned one week later with the same problem. After my daughter trying this again it cut off randomly again sending her forward and nearly injuring herself. The hover board now has some scratches where it tilts forward when randomly stopping. She was very upset about this. I contacted the company again asking them to explain what repairs had been carried out and asked for a complaints number as I had now lost confidence and my daughter to scared to go on it again. After 4 months and reporting this straight after christmas will nil return emails then sending it away to be fixed finally, it returned in the same state, very disappointing. I have again requested the complaints line which they have failed to give me so I requested a refund and for me to return this item. They have refused due to it being over 14 days. I am disgusted with their customer care and the fact that they expect me to return it again to be looked at. I have explained about scratches due to it randomly stopping, I have explained I am unhappy as we are now 5 months in and this still hasn't been resolved. I asked for a replacement or a refund but due to the scratches due to it randomly stopping they have refused. 5 months of warranty gone and they are basically doing nothing about this. My confidence has now gone with this company and I would expect a full refund as my daughter has been unable to play on this and now scared to go on it due to nearly injuring herself with being flung off. By all means avoid this company, their customer service is discusting and there hoverboard are dangerous.

Bought for nine year old grandson who has had hours of fun on it. Battery charge last well. Good value for money, looking forward to many more times of enjoyment with it.

Bought for our 11 year old daughter and she absolutely loves this. It is well made and if I could play on it, I would. ( I’m a wheelchair user). Our adult friends do also enjoy a drunken ride on it however and it’s plenary sturdy and powerful enough. I would recommend this anytime 😊

Bought for my Granddaughter's birthday seeing her reaction when she opened it up was priceless. She loves to cart option too & of course the bluetooth function to hear music whilst she is zipping around on it. Excellent communication regarding delivery definitely recommended.
