Was very disappointed that the product arrived very late but due to the recent situation with COVID I understood!! When the product arrived I was very pleased with it!! My girls were overjoyed!! They have SO much fun every day and so far we’ve had no problems!

Poor poor experience arrived late. And now faulty after 5 mins use and have to wait on a return it’s ridiculous never use and will never recommend. the order was over 3 weeks late. Customer services takes hours to get thought on the phone really poor experience

Very disappointing! After implying delivery was “next day” .....3 months later they turn up. No apology! every time I called there was a different date on delivery. These were presents for my twins!!! Emailed on numerous occasions and nothing back, it was only when I asked for my money and told them I would go further they sent them out straight away ( I had them in two days)

Waited months for the product to arrive and requested urgent as it was for our grandaughter. When came damaged packages and informed company immediately no reply to damage on paint to metal parts so disappointed as was expecting high expectations

Order was delayed by 4 weeks. Not ideal but judge a company by how they deal with problems too. Offered a free drone, kept me updated on when the shipment will come in and delivered when they said they would (following the delay). COVID is affecting us all and folks are running businesses trying to make a living. My son loves his board and cart. Would recommend - just accept that we live in a strange times now where what was taken for granted (universal next day deliveries) sometime gets disrupted. Would buy from Segbo again.

There were delays, but expected that at this strange time. Could have been better updating us about the delays though. Otherwise, my son is very happy with it and no problems to date.

We had a super long wait for the Segbo Hover board and Hover kart due to Covid-19. The team kept me updated and we are happy with the 2 we received. I’m not sure if we had a faulty batch of strapping to attach the hover karts to the board but they have broken on both of my twins karts within a week. I have emailed Segbo for support and hoping that they rectify this issue. The actual Hover boards are great!

Even through the wait was long, I absoloutly love my hover board and it was a great purchase. It worked really well and I would highly recommend it.

My segbo, after using 3 times, now does not work. CANNOT get hold of anyone at Segbo, via email, phone or live chat. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Feeling frustrated as still haven’t received our order. The delivery date has been put back each week and I cant get hold of anyone from customer services. Seems like I am not the only one. Don’t order from this company at the moment......

Awaiting a refund after finding out they wouldn’t be able to despatch for weeks. No reply from them, apart from saying they will refund me, but two weeks on I have had to open a PayPal case. Awful customer service.

Ordered a board and kart in June and was assured that it would be delivered by the end of July so it would be in time for my son's birthday. Heard nothing from them until this week when they said it would be dispatched the week beginning 17th August Obviously no good to me as it won't be here in time. Emailed them about a refund and what a surprise no reply. Don't bother ordering from this company.

Segbo went above and beyond from the moment I messaged them to get my daughter a board and kart. Customer service was amazing and cant thank the staff enough

Remay in customer services went out of his way to help speed up delivery in time for our son’s Birthday. Thank you so much! Fingers crossed it does arrive in time now.

Our order arrived promptly and our son loves his hoverboard and the kart was a great bonus. The hoverboard is good quality and we have had no real issues with it. Getting the app to communicate with it hasn't been the easiest but we don't really use that aspect so isn't an issue for us. I would definitely recommend Segbo.
