“My first eye test i quite a few years ,booked on line and got in the next day.the service in the shop was very friendly and the eye test was done very professionally .”

“I made an error with my appointment, and the staff were amazing at sorting out a new appointment (and apologised even though it was my error!). New appointment occurred, quick, friendly and efficient. New glasses bought and service was excellent.”

“Burslem's Scrivens is always a pleasure to visit. Very jolly and informative staff. No sense of being hurried along. I am always pleased with my new spectacles and equally pleased to hear that I don't (yet) need a pair for driving.”

“It was the first time I had used Scrivens. The young lady Optician was very thorough in my eye test and took the time to explain matters to me. The range and price of spectacle frames was excellent. The attention from all the staff was first class.”

“my glasses were very poor and did not do what was promised. I was refused a refund and offered alternative that I did not really want Go somewhere else!”

“Fantastic service at St Ives Cambs branch, nothing was too much trouble to explain things. Very helpful with helping choose frames and not pushy at all. Would highly recommend Scrivens.”

“Don't use this Optician's for Glasses, They supply poor quality frames, they were very expensive for the awful quality I received and the customer service wasn't great, they didnt seem interested after I had left the shop and spent a fortune. Screws came out of the glasses and I had to buy more. The frames were very flimsy and seemed to feel like they were falling apart after a few wears. Won't be using Scrivens again.”

“Put off having hearing aids for quite a long time until I felt I really needed them. It has been quite a transformation The audiologist at the Hedge End branch was friendly and professional and put me at my ease throughout the session.”

“My daughter’s glasses were broken at work. I took them into Scrivens, Feltham, in the afternoon of Wednesday 12 February and they were repaired and ready for collection by 430 and they would not accept any payment. Excellent customer service but then it always is along with friendly and welcoming staff.”
