“The service I got from the branch in Weston-super-Mare was brilliant so helpful in there even before I was a customer had a problem with one of my hearing aids needed a new tube in one of them as had broken they put new tubes for free where spectators didn't want to know so I now use them for glasses as well as hearing aids you can't beat good customer services when you need it”

“Excellent customer service from Haley today. All options discussed and unbiased information given. Haley made me feel very comfortable, not pressured or rushed and all my questions answered leaving me very informed and able to make a choice to suit me.”

“Scrivens hearing aid test is the best one i have ever had. It was not rushed and fully comprehensive. My hearing aids are the best ones i have ever had. The sound is perfect and they are very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend recommend Scrivens . Mr B.Davis.”

“I had my eyes tested by your options also bought the glasses from you when they came I couldn’t see through them so they gave me a refund for the glasses fine ,so then I went to another options and had to pay £25 because I had already had my free test from you. The option I went to couldn’t understand why my prescription from Scrivens was so different from the prescription he did I told him that because of your mistake I was out of pocket for the sum of £25.00 so he told me that because the error was scrivens I was well with in my rights to be reimbursed, both prescriptions have been to you and when I phoned customer service Ales told me to get it off specsave who did the right prescription although it was your error. So you can understand that I find that scrivens isn’t taken responsibility for the error which was made by there opticians. I am a 68 year old lady who can’t afford to be out of pocket over a mistake that your optician made. I was been generous with the one star. No recommendation from me”

“The Wallasey branch have gone above and beyond with my elderly mother as she had a fall and broke her glasses, they managed to get a pair of glasses back in 2 days, the service in store was tremendous and something you don't really see in stores nowadays, I would recommend Scrivens in Liscard to anyone. 10/10.”

“The service I received from Scrivens when I found out I needed heating aids was very good, they went through everything I should and shouldn't do, set the heating aids up for me (pairing them to Bluetooth ect..) and explained how to operate them. If you choose not to have NHS ones there are different options and prices for you to choose from, for private ones. I did have a problem connecting my heating aids to my new phone but Scrivens sorted it out for me straight away. I can't comment on returns and refunds because I've not had any problems with them.”

“I have had a brilliant experience with scrivener, I actually love my aids, they have improved my life so much, I wear them all the time, they are the first thing I reach for when I wake in the morning and the last thing I take out at night, happy customer.”

“Very good always send new batteries. I do have problem's with ichie ears when using my hearing aids for over an hour and would like some advice.”
