“I had my appointment last Saturday in North Walsham this review is purely and simply for Guy the amazing Ophthalmologist. I have never experienced anyone so informative when I have had my eyes tested ever. He was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do to help my eyesight without being overbearing. If there were 5 star plus rating Guy is the man.”

“I think some of the staff could be a little more welcoming. £300-&500 every two years is a lot of money to pensioners. How about reduced rates for seniors.”

“I have used Scrivens Opticians for more than 25 years and I've always been very happy with the way all the staff have treated me I don't think that I'll ever change after all these years.”

“Excellent service , all staff were lovely , pleasant , helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing that stopped it being 5 stars is that I was contacted by phone saying they had a cancellation and asking me to come in earlier . I felt pressurised in to attending earlier than arranged even though it wasn’t convenient for me.”

“I always receive excellent care at Scrivens, Newmarket. The optician is very thorough and I trust her completely. She will notice anything that needs further treatment or investigation. In regard to lenses, she makes helpful and appropriate suggestions and I never feel under pressure. The optical assistants are all excellent, too. They are very professional and courteous. They carry out some of the visual tests and are very helpful when it comes to choosing frames.”

“My branch which i have been attending for many many years, the staff are very friendly and informative they go above and beyond. Caring and patience. I have no complaints about the staff at my branch. The only compaint I have being a pensioner I know I have a high prescription, but my lens prescription are to expensive as I have to pay for each lens. Other than that, I'm happy with the branch. Thank you Harrow Rd branch”

“I am a very recent customer of Scrivens in Chipping Norton. The whole experience from making the initial appointment to picking up my new prescription today was excellent in every way. The optometrist, Jaswinder Kandola,was a model of professional care who was clear in her advice and judicious in her technical judgement. The customer facing staff were uniformly pleasant and professional. Congratulations to all in the Chipping Norton premises of Scrivens.”
