“Great team in Witney. Eye test post cataract surgery first rate. Still need some specs though. Ordering the glasses was made challenging due to the computer system but the Scrivens team handled "computer-says-no" with patience and humour. One very minor thing that could be better is that it would be good if the staff had name badges and/or introduced themselves.”

“Tried calling 4 times Hunslet branch Absolutely ridiculous. I have made a great mistake using them. Do they ever answer the phone.I need to change my hearing aid appointment. for later in the day.what times are they open for me to speak to someone”

“I picked my spectacles up at Scrivens Rugeley, and I was warmly welcomed by Louise the manager , she was very helpful in every way possible as all the staff are , I am really pleased with quality and price. Also I had my hearing aids from Scrivens Rugeley and Stuart the Audiologist is brilliant”

“Scrivens Weymouth on top as usual. Had a problem with my eyes and bright sunlight. Got seen the same day and was diagnosed with minor cataracts. The advice given was fantastic and I soon had new glasses with darkening glass that has greatly improved my issue. Sonya is great and knows her stuff she talks to you in a friendly way and explains everything to you. Definitely recommended.”

“First time using this opticians in Peacehaven. Having used paw savers previously , and I have received Utterly fantastic service by all at Scrivens. The branch was well staffed, all of whom were polite, professional, helpful and attentive. Very thorough tests, everything explained by knowledgable staff. Huge choice of frames. Fantastic . 5* Will recommend and not go elsewhere now. Thank you”

“Fantastic service from Witney team today. They really need some praise. I went in for basic advice and spectacle adjustment and they were all helpful, keen, clear and supportive. “I visited High Wycombe Store I had spoken previously with a Young man on the phone called Aaron , extremely friendly happy and helpful . “The store I visited was Brandon, Suffolk. 21,03.25 This was my 1st visit today as I need my yearly check and I had recently heard some positive comments from friends. I had visited them the day before and was given an appointment the next day. On arrival I was welcomed warmly and as expected went through the usual questions regarding health history and general medical past. My full eye exam was then carried out in a very professional and courteous manner. During the exam everything was explained and then was given the results via a face to face talk with the optometrist. Once finished I was also given a hearing check . I did not need glasses and was not pressured into purchasing any. A 1st class service from start to finish and I would not hesitate in recommending them”
