“The website was easy to navigate and there was plenty of choice but when I received my order I found that the items I had ordered came up rather small and did not conform to sizing found in most other shops. The feel of the material wasn’t nice either and felt very plasticky. So I was rather disappointed with my order and even more so that I paid rather a lot for delivery and then had to pay again to return an order I was disappointed with. The delivery time was quick though.”

“Use DPD which is awful. Attempted to deliver my parcel once then sent it to a shop and gave me a couple of days to get it over the weekend and have now sent my order back! Still haven’t seen the bags I ordered.”

“Shirt is great but delivery wasn’t! The shirt was supposed to arrive on the Friday and I could a message to say the driver couldn’t find my address so they couldn’t deliver, however the parcel was delivered the next day and by then was to late for what I had wanted it for…very disappointed with dpd.”

“Good price, fast delivery. However I order over £99 in 3 parcels and they wouldn’t refund my postage (free postage over £99) costing me £18. I’m unlikely to use them again as a result.”

Hi Simon, We can see via your order information that your order concluded in £76.86 plus the £4.99 postage cost resulting in £98.22. Orders excluding VAT need to have a total of £99 to receive free postage. Furthermore, we can see you made three orders with us, however, each order needs to be in the total of £99.00 ex. “Sometimes the colours aren’t exactly as they are described. I bought a yellow t-shirt and it was fluorescent yellow and not just yellow, for example. But the quality is great and the delivery is quick.”

“Quick dispatch and fair prices however the delivery is steep if we just need one t-shirt £6 is too much so we don't buy unless we need more than 3 items. Don't mind waiting a bit longer just prefer cheaper price.”

“Disappointed with the bags I purchased. They were extremely creased and even after steam ironing them, the creases were still very visible. They were required for printing on, and the deep creases make it very difficult. Not impressed.”

“Ordered some teatowels and zip up canvas bags which were received sooner than expected. Disappointed that I received a few aprons in place of the teatowels. I contacted the office and replacements were sent out. I still have the aprons which I assume no longer need to be returned.”

“Ordered two exactly the same but in different colours, one fitted well and was stretchy but the other wasn’t. I contacted Screentextiles who were very good and sent a replacement but unfortunately it was exactly the same label.”

“Hi I am disappointed in the t-shirts I received they were dirty however new ones were sent out bavk to immediately and I am happy about that however the t-shirt quality’s was not up to the standards they were very thin and I have had to send them back because I wouldn’t be able to use the adult t-shirts to print on because the quality was very poor I have now sent them back. Please can you help me with returning my money for the t-shirts I have sent back thank you.”
