Akthough i measured my chest and ordered the appropriate size the t shirts were tight.I used your size order chart dissapointing

Polo shirts not fruit of the loom as advertised, just a cheap copy, badly made. Genuine fruit of the loom material is thicker and heavier.

Unfortunately I have sent the t-shirts back because the medium size doesn't fit. The Fruit of the Loom t-shirt also a medium was a perfect fit. The others would fit size 8-10. The material was good quality though.

We can see via your DPD tracking information that your order was dispatched on the 27th of May but was refused, and as a result of this, the parcel was returned to the depot. This company was recommended to me so as a 1st time buyer from them order a few bits, was expecting items within 3 days of despatch After 7 days nothing they were emailed to ask of items not gonna be resent and with me by 12th December then a full refund required. No explanation a refund was issued, no apology and eventually was told courier must have lost it I have since had to go to another company for the same items Very disappointed

Hi Lisa, We received an email from you that you requested a refund if you had not received your orders by December 12th. Our colleagues responded swiftly to this and actioned a refund for you as you had not received your order in the time you needed it. From the initial email from our colleague, they had explained to you that your parcel was lost in transit which explains why the refund was issued. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for DPD and can only apologise that you hadn't received your order in time. However, we reacted swiftly and in the correct manner in this situation. We purchased 30 aprons and unfortunately around 8 of them arrived with brown marks, and all 30 were stitched badly with cheap back stitches. We needed them embroidered urgently for a last minute event so once they arrived and we saw the state of them, we sadly didn’t have any other choice but to use them. What would have been appreciated though was some kind of apology and discount from customer services, but they refused as we had used some of them, even though we had taken and sent in photos of all of the issues. So we are not happy at all and will not be using Screentextiles again.

Hi, We are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, once a garment has been decorated, it breaches our terms and conditions for refunds or replacements. As spoken to on the phone, if there is ever an issue with one of our garments, these need to be reported on receipt of delivery so a suitable resolution can be agreed. t-shirts come up small and purchased baseball raglan tops which had massive boat necks not tight fitting.

I made two orders from this company - one smaller one to check sizes and then when I went to make the next order I was so disappointed that they didn’t have all the sizes I needed. I think this company should really sent samples out because their sizes are not standard size t-shirts and when you making a big order it’s important that they fit !

Bought two trugs . Unfortunately the don’t stand up themselves (not clear from the picture . I am trying to send them back but having to pay postage and finding packing for them is expensive . Not a good option for me all round .
