“I purchased a cap described as Flex fit, when it arrived it had a snap back which isn't flex fit. Emailed to complain but got no response. In the small print description of the cap it say snap back but the main title says flexfit so it's misleading advertising. Won't use again.”

Hi Simon, The brand itself is called Flexfit by Yupoong, and on the product description, it is stated that it is a snapback. We can see that you emailed in on Friday 20th May, where one of our team got back to you on the same day to tell you this information. We can understand the confusion on this. However, we always recommend our customers to read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
