“My order arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, one of the aprons had a small stain. I had expected to have to send photographs and possibly a lengthy debate but within an hour of informing customer services, I received an email to advise that a replacement apron had been arranged. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Good price, fast delivery. However I order over £99 in 3 parcels and they wouldn’t refund my postage (free postage over £99) costing me £18. I’m unlikely to use them again as a result.”

Hi Simon, We can see via your order information that your order concluded in £76.86 plus the £4.99 postage cost resulting in £98.22. Orders excluding VAT need to have a total of £99 to receive free postage. Furthermore, we can see you made three orders with us, however, each order needs to be in the total of £99.00 ex. “Does not hold stock. Paid for fast postage within 3 days and then told it’ll be around 2 weeks. Then would not give a full refund as they had already ordered the tops to come to them. Joke of a company. Will never use again.”

As we have a live stock feed, it can sometimes happen that stock may appear on our website, but as another customer purchases simultaneously, the item may no longer be in stock.
