“Bought two trugs . Unfortunately the don’t stand up themselves (not clear from the picture . I am trying to send them back but having to pay postage and finding packing for them is expensive . Not a good option for me all round .”

“Product didn't fit and wanted to return the item - no return form option on the web site. Emailed the company 3 times no reply and and checked the junk folder. Phoned over the week but goes to answer machine and no option to leave a message. Impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss the issue.”
