As we are a wholesale company, we hope you understand that our delivery charges are due to the bulk buy orders we receive from businesses. Hence, the delivery cost is fairly reasonable for orders over 100+ in bulk. “Had a problem with my order and emailed the company describing the issue. I was very understanding that sometimes things don’t go right and just wanted the problem resolved. Around an hour after my email, I was contacted via telephone but a very rude gentleman who told me he “didn’t believe me”. I was very upset and annoyed that such a large company has such poor standard of customer service. I will never buy from this company again, not for the mistake but for the service I received.”
