“Bit of a nightmare to be honest. Quoted £349 then on them finding out it had been sitting a while reduced it to £0! Complained and it went back up to £200. I know just the Cat is worth £700 but the car is 300 miles from me at a relatives. Anyway I took the £200 for the sake of speed. 19 calls it then took to get it collected/get a single truck instead of a 6 car transporter that wouldn't get down the drive. Had to re-explain about the car not starting etc every phone call. Can't recommend sorry.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this and can see that the first figure was not guaranteed as we needed to know further details about the vehicle. Once learning that the vehicle was a non-runner we negotiated the best available price for you. It is noted that the collection agent couldn't get hold of you due to signal/no answer, so we apologise that you received so many calls.
