“Process was good but found it difficult to get the BMS post code to fill in the VRC/3 online The top 3 lines are my original review.. I wrote it before an email arrived with the post code. Since then I've had a phone call and 3 emails asking me to change it. It seems they only want positive feedback so I'd be wary of putting too much store into their ratings”

“Amazing!! A very professional service.!! This so far away from the image I had in my head. I was expecting a a dodgy service from a local back street scrapers, I was so far away from the truth!! My experience was all good, they informed me of the process from start to finish. Staff were very polite and very helpful in addressing any queries I had. They do all the hard work for you. Be honest about your cars condition and you won't be disappointed. This is not a cowboy outfit. Highly recommended. Thank you for a good and fast service.”

“Simple, easy, quick. I contacted the site one day and the car was removed 48 hours later. Everyone I spoke to was really pleasant, helpful and professional. I felt they listened to my many questions and gave informed answers. From agreeing a price, arranging collection to watching my car disappear on a transporter this was a breeze!
