“WOW if I could give more stars I would. I read reviews and thought they sound good but to experience it was another level. Good price offered compared to scrap value, at least someone would repair the car I’d loved (Salvage). I received Phone call within ten minutes offering guaranteed amount. I thought about it, they called at agreed time for my decision, when I said yes, within ten minutes call to confirm collection day, turned up on next working day, I had to phone when the courier turned up, courier had already phoned them for me, I had to retain the yellow section of log book to send it off, by the end of the five minute call they’d put the full funds in my bank and unregistered me with a DVLA . Gov email confirmation. I have never in 50+years experienced such a slick service. It was easy, no quibble - be totally honest about your car, efficient, clear instructions by real people on phone non of this automated stuff, fabulous service, the service is not funded so they ask for a donation to a mental health charity which was fine. the top quality service I received at a time I was unexpectedly stressed, I couldn’t thank them enough, well done - that’s how you run a business. That’s how you are constantly getting top stars - so friendly. Can strongly recommend if you are in this position.”
