“Not very impressed. Quoted £119 then an email to say it could be £160. Even less impressed with the company that picks the car up. Collection was cancelled FOUR times!”

Good afternoon, we are so sorry that there were issues with your collection! Unfortunately due to the nature of transportation, collections may need to be rescheduled due to a number of factors. These can include anything from road closures to staff sickness. This isn't the usual service our customers receive and again we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. “Excellent and would definitely recommend. David was in touch the morning after my enquiry, I sent all the car details and he gave me a price, he said it was worth more than scrapping so I appreciated the honesty. Communication was extremely quick via WhatsApp, and they gave me time to decide whether to go ahead or not. After agreeing, I was contacted by the collection company the same day, collection booked for 3 days later and a deposit into my bank immediately. Again, communication was very quick and easy from the collection company. The driver called 30 mins ahead, arrived on time, was lovely and after giving details the car was taken and the money in my account later that afternoon. Couldn't fault any of the process. 5* service all round. Thank you!”

“Really great company to deal with, from the initial phone call gathering info about the current condition of my vehicle, to the collection of the vehicle for salvage. The staff I spoke to on the phone were really helpful and friendly and explained the whole process easily, encouraging me to call back if I had any queries at all. The guy from Copart who collected my vehicle was also really friendly and totally professional in handling my vehicle onto the transporter. I would highly recommend and I would use them again. Thanks again for making this experience straightforward and stress free!”
