“Brilliant process. Super people stuff. One observation... In your instructions about what to do after one has agreed to go ahead ... which are clear..... You say A to Z what to do, but you do NOT mention that the guy coming to take the car away will examine it and establish that is is, indeed, what you say it is. This would have enabled me to see why I could trust the process, and that validation being the reason I could expect the money to be in my account so promptly. Missed opportunity for you to give comfort to the seller.”

“I was very impressed, the on line tool was easy to complete. I received text with the quote quickly then I was called and discussed the detail of my car. The quote was slightly adjusted. Deposit paid that day. Remainder paid an hour after the car was collected.”
