“Not happy with collection timings plus how the price went down on collection which I wasn't told before hand as I did mention my van don't start. Wasn't happy with service but had to scrap my van had no option left on the spot.”

We have looked into your comments and can see that we tried to offer you the highest possible price for your vehicle as it would start and drive. But we understand that, at the point of collection, it did not in start. Our collection agents are entitled to offer you a renegotiated price in this instance, which is why your price was reduced. “Valuation arrived promptly the deposit arrived promptly, the collection driver arrived promptly ad the balance of money owed was in my account before I had had time to walk back into the house after dealing with the car - everything worked very smoothly and everyone was very pleasant which makes a really nice change!”

Hi Javed, Sorry to hear that you would not recommend us to anyone. This is definitely not the way we aim for customers to feel after using our service! We have looked into your complaint and have found that the reason the collection agent renegotiated your price was due to the vehicle originally being described as a drive-able vehicle, but at the point of collection it did not start and parts were removed from the engine. In this situation the collection agent is entitled to renegotiate your price as this does make a difference to the scrap or salvageable value to them. Sorry if any inconvenience was caused.
