“Swift clear communication about the process from beginning to end. This even includes the person in the collection truck who bothered to text and phone so I could get to the garage where the car was stored with V5 and paperwork history. Also helpful, were emails clearly explaining what to do. The balance payment to me after car collection was less than an hour. So: All Good.”

“From the initial enquiry to the collection of the vehicle, we were kept informed throughout the whole process. The company were proactive in contacting us to discuss our options, clear in the direction of what we needed to do and efficient in the timings of the car collection and payment. “All round great service with no issues what so ever . Filled the online form in on monday morning then recieved a call back within 15 minutes . Was very happy with the prce quoted for my car so went ahead . The car was collected and payed for buy 3pm wednesday . Would definately use the service again”
