“Second time we have needed to use this service and the process is so easy and straightforward with people on the other end of the phone helping you. The documentation and contact information is clear to follow. Cars were collected at the time agree and payment hit my account quickly on the day of collection. Both drivers collecting our cars were extremely polite and dealt with collection without any problem whatsoever. Hope I’m not in the same situation in the future but if I am I would use this service without any hesitation.”
