“The car had a gear box failure .it started but was undrivable. I live at the end of a private estate with limited access. The first collection was by a multiple transporter. The driver was expecting to drive the car to the transporter this was impossible So a low loader transporter was arranged to collect the car a couple of days later .I was very pleased about the quote I got, the collection at the second attempt and the speedy payment.”

“Very confusing about who I was actually selling my car to, and what info I needed to give to DVLA. Got there myself in the end, but could have been a lot easier between broker, transporter and ultimate purchaser. Last minute cancellation of first booking very poor. Lack of giving AM/PM time slot also very poor. Will not use again.”

Upon investigation, I can see the cancellation was made by the collecting agent due to access issues, they were unable to gain access to the vehicle on their first attempt so had to rearrange. “The overall experience was excellent, problems with picking up the vehicle but nothing that the driver could do about it as it was traffic problems, but I was informed at all times of the process.”
