“All ok. Put a deposit into my account on day of arrangement and then called me an hour before they arrived as arranged so I had time to get home from work. The man who collected was very helpful and the rest of agreed amount of money was transferred into my account within a few hours”

“The process took a lot longer than expected. Also they asked my husband if he would like to pay £5 and they would do all the paperwork. I don't know what this entailed because I had to send in the V5 form and I still got charged £17.50 tax on 1/7/19 when I had already sold the car to you the week before. So no I was not very happy with your service.”
