“Everything went like clockwork, I had a couple of questions before the agreed collection date, which were dealt with in a polite professional friendly manner, Jim the driver from Copart was first class, he kept me updated on his arrival time and explained what information/documents he needed, We would certainly use it again - 10 /10, Many Thanks for your assistance.”

“Great service. So smooth and seamless. Honest and upfront, told me a price and that’s what we got. Was concerned that when they came to pick up the car they would start picking at things in the car and start deducting money from the offer. Nothing like that, car was picked up 2 days after agreement, money was paid within 2 hours of pick up. Highly recommend this company and it’s partners”

“Amazing service. I think I spoke to Sam - he was so helpful and genuinely friendly. He took the stress away from what could have been a very stressful experience. He talked me through the entire process over the phone, everything ran like clockwork and I felt supported every step of the way. Even issues like not having a V5C were sorted. I would 100% use again. Thank you!”

“Overall a good service. Straightforward to get a valuation, and their agent managed to get me a little more due to the condition of the vehicle, which was appreciated. Collection etc. was easy to arrange, my only issue was that having gone into considerable detail twice about the location etc. of the vehicle, the driver didn't seem to have been briefed at all. He also missed several important details when collecting, like the number of keys present, which if I hadn't corrected would have affected the value of the vehicle.”
