“Everything was as agreed. The only downside was the pick time in the which was given between 8am and 5pm - a very long window. When I rang them they said they would ring 1 hour before collection which they didn’t do”

“I used this service to scrap a car that had failed its MOT. I used the website, got a price for my car, which I accepted, and received a call soon after from an extremely helpful and friendly agent. A date was arranged to pick up the car by a third party company called Copart. Copart called the day before to advise an expected arrival time for the pick up and Coparts agent was also very helpful and friendly. The deposit for the car was in my account within hours of the first contact with the balance paid on the day the car was picked up. Extremely happy with this service”
