“I found my experience with ScrapCarCimpassion.co.uk to be a very good one. Everything was really straight forward, staff were very friendly and helpful. “Genuinely really easy and great service, I was a bit apprehensive due to previous negative experiences with other companies. It was so nice having a guaranteed price and the free collection was the icing on the cake for me. I will hopefully not need to use this service again for a good few years (fingers crossed) however I will be recommending this company over the likes of we buy any car. Big thank you to all that helped me, especially to the customer service agent who helped sort out the v5 ownership for me as I didn’t have a clue. Would recommend, glad to see there are some genuine companies out there.”

“Very professional and very understanding when had issues getting the car cleared to sell on dealing with one person the whole time made it easier and meant didn’t have to go through everything all the day time thanks to the person I was dealing with during the process sorry can’t remember his name Mike or mark? Would definitely refer my friends and family to use this service again”

“Went with this site as it has excellent reviews, decided to try it. So glad I did from speaking to James who was so helpful and made everything simple, reassuring me all would be fine. Kept informed all the way. Everyone I spoke to was so informative. Arranged to collect 2 cars on same day and all went smoothly and on time. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend. Money in account same day. Well done on a good job with excellent service.”

“Very impressed. I found the whole process smooth and efficient. I found it to be a slick operation which resulted in me getting the best price for the car with the salvage company collecting the car and paying me the full amount very quickly - money in my bank account 6pm on the day the car was collected.”
