“10/10 from David Tannock , not only did David give me all possible options to help me settle and get on top of my debt but just after the phone call I felt so much better about myself and my future and can look forward to everything going upwards , I have tried asking for help before from banks etc just to feel belittled and embarrassed to ask for help , this wasn’t the case when I got the phone call from David as all he said from the start is that he and yourselves as a company have my best interest at heart and are here to help and make me feel better about my situation , I am so happy and relieved to have Scotland Debt Solutions to help me. “Brilliant reassuring advice and help. 100% recommend. I spoke with Chelsea who was excellent and she advised she would then arrange for David her colleague to call me back. He called within a couple of minutes and we spent time going over all my options in detail. There was no judgement just support and help. “Amazing service! I would extremely recommend getting in touch with Scotland debt solutions if you have financial concerns. Myself and my husband have been struggling the past year trying to make ends meet. Too embarrassed to talk to anyone about our situation, I finally got the courage to email SDS. I got a fast response and a call was set up to speak to David. After being on the phone for just minutes all of my worries were put at ease. David explained all our options and gave us plenty of reassurance. We favoured the debt arrangement scheme which allowed us to combined our debt in to one affordable payment plan. David referred us to sharon, who put a lot of time and effort in to our DAS , contacting all our creditors and making sure we could afford our monthly payments along side the DAS. These people are on your side and want to help! With over £60,000 worth of debt myself and my husband can now sleep easy knowing that we no longer have creditors chasing our tails for late payments, as now it’s just one affordable payment per month. “I had a fantastic experience with the Scotland Debt Solution team, I feel a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders by going for DAS. I'm not the one who would be very forthcoming about asking for help, especially regarding the financial situation. Even though I never missed any payments, I could clearly see that the situation was becoming impossible to manage. I had many sleepless nights thinking about where do I get the next bit of cash to pay for the next bill and the ever-increasing credit interest on the credit cards gave me the impression that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. After talking to Scotland Debt Solutions and explaining all the issues I was facing, they added the sums up for me and offered a solution. One that meant I could still keep the mortgage and our house and my dignity. I can pay back what I owe to the creditors in a reasonable time, yet stop struggling on a daily basis. It is a win-win for all and I'm so grateful I reached out for help.”
