“I received a prompt call back from Chelsea after submitting a query . She talked me through the process which was helpful and put me through to David Tannock who was very patient, understanding , reassuring and extremely helpful from start to finish. “David was great from the start. Helpful, reassuring and non-judgemental, which is what you want when you are struggling to get by. Everything was explained in detail and I was kept up to date with every step. Process to start trust deed was pretty quick as I had expected everything to take weeks, if not months. I would definitely recommend reaching out to this company if you need debt help.”

“I was initially very concerned with making the call to the company, worried that I might get pushed into a radical decision that I would come to regret, but this wasn't at all the case. David whom I spoke to couldn't have been more understanding and sensitive to my situation, explaining the support they were able to offer and making me feel very positively about taking the necessary steps towards dealing with my debt. “In February this year, I accepted I was out of depth managing my finances and realised my debt was having a huge impact on my mental and physical health. I reached out to a few debt management companies, it was David Tannock from Scotland Debt Solutions who instantly helped me to understand my options and realise that there was light at the end of the tunnel while going through a very dark time due to financial difficulty. David has been extremely professional and empathetic in a situation that was very emotional for me, as I could have never imagined to be in such a mess in my late twenties. I was advised to take on a trust deed due to the amount of debt I owed, it took time for me to start due to having a huge change in personal circumstances. However, at the beginning of this month (September) eight months after first reaching out to SDS I was given the chance to have a fresh start with the trust deed option and have a stable plan in place for four years to pay back my debt. I now have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and can manage my finances a lot better, its hard to accept the impact a debt management plan can have on your credit score which affects many things however, this is a small period in my life compared to paying back debt for the rest of my life. Thank you, David, for clear communication, transparency, reassurance, professionalism and succeeding in making me believe that everything is going to be ok.”

“I can't believe I did not do this earlier!! David Tannock was prompt I communication, easy to talk to and non judgemental! He provided a wealth of knowledge and very experienced answering all my questions straight away! He made me feel at ease during the process and has really lifted a weight of my shoulders, I feel I can start to live a life again!
