“Extremely helpful and friendly. I had gotten myself in a lot of debt after lock down and was burying my head in the sand. When I finally felt like there was no way out, the team were extremely helpful and understanding. At no point did I feel judged and they were there to help if I had any question along the way.”

“I have been struggling with my debt for years and so ashamed of it, that after leaving a violent marriage I’d still be stuck under the weight of it all. Particularly because my experience of asking councils and other debt ‘support’ agencies had been so awful. If I’d known about Scotland Debt Solutions sooner I wouldn’t have waited so long. I spoke to a lovely guy who didn’t make me feel judged or like I had anything to be ashamed about. David was warm and listened to me and I honestly feel so much lighter knowing I won’t be scraping by for every penny now and I can breathe for the first time in years.”

“Such a relief to know there is help available for navigating financial difficulties. The amount of paperwork is daunting but once it’s done it feels like a weight has been lifted. The advisor was so professional and reassuring without being judgmental. They helped workout a budget and broke down all the options in understandable terms for me to pick which one would be right for me.”
