“Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered a Mr. Fox Christmas duvet - received a different design in the wrong size. I contacted the company to inform them of their mistake and initially received a very apologetic email, but since then, nothing. I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored, and I can't even phone them as they have removed their number from the site and turned off the live chat. Such a shame as I love Scion products but I will certainly not be buying them again.”

“Ordered items . Was sent three different items . Sent them back as requested and now , nothing ! No replacement , no refund and complete silence despite numerous e mails. They have my money . They have their items back . I have nothing and not even the courtesy of a response. Appalling service . Very disappointed .”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered cake tins and was sent a towel. This was at the beginning of January and despite several phone calls and several emails have got absolutely nowhere. Will not be buying anything from this company again which is a shame as I love their products.”

“As other customers report below, the returns process is very poor. No response from email we're advised to use to discuss refund. Will not recommend buying direct through the company.”

“I love scion fox products I find they are good quality. Previously I have bought a cushion, glass counter top and apron all for which I would give 5 stars. I'm sorry to give 2 stars but I'm very disappointed with the door mat which I purchased a few months back. It was fine when it initially arrived but now I think it just looks tatty. There is no heavy traffic on it so to speak as it isn't by my back door but by my kitchen island. I think the quality of it is very poor especially considering the price”

“Delivery is prompt and customer service is great until you come to make a return - the process is slow and painful! You have to email request to make a return (4 days it took to get a reply) 3 emails sent from their customer service team to explain that returns are the whole responsibility of the consumer. When you agree to this by email, then customer services pass on your request to their ‘returns team’ who they state shall contact you with returns address and information on how to proceed (I day later, I still have no communication from the ‘returns team’). This is honestly the worst returns process I’ve even encountered.”

“Yes I am very happy with my Mr Fox mint leaf duvet set but I wanted to purchase another pair of pillow cases, which I am told are not available separately, so I think you are missing a trick - particularly as your sales photo includes a double bed with 4 pillows”
