“I love the product, i bought a king size teal fox duvet and 2 oxford pillowcase. They fit perfectly and the material seems nice and soft. It says TEAL colour, but i see it blue, not teal really. The only thing i would change is your partner to deliver. It was a nightmare to receive it. They didnt say when they would come, and on the day of the delivery (that i didnt know of), i received a notification saying more or less the time, i didnt have time to organize myself, they said they left a note and tried 4 times in 3 different days, but they never left the reference paper they mention at the website and all times they said they came, there was someone at home. I asked for redelivery and leave it on my local post office. They ended up leaving at a sainsburys shop, which they shouldn't. Not counting calling Royal Mail on a Saturday, they giving me green light to go to the D.O. and it was closed, on a rainy day, etc. would be nice to know before hand who is your partner to deliver, it can make a lot of difference. Or even better, do partner with Royal Mail!”

“I purchased beautiful but practical mugs. These are a good size and can be washed in dishwasher They were easy to order and arrived shortly after in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“The fabric is fabulous; just as expected, but, more than that, Louise at Scion responded rapidly to my concerns about the delivery of my order - some of which were due to my own issues - resolving the matter speedily. I judge any company, not by problems which might occur, but how they solve them. Full marks to Scion. I fully recommend them, and will be back.”
