“The wallpaper is brilliant, it hangs nicely and is good to work with, the final result looks lovely, however the delivery service by Royal Mail was completely the opposite, first they delivered to the wrong address, then they took it back to the sorting office and delivered it 2 days late ( outside the estimated delivery time ). It is a shame a good company with great products uses a very poor delivery service.”

“Ordered a couple of internal door mats to replace existsting which had started to show signs of wear after 3 years of heavy use. All delivered quickly and no issues. We also order a rug for our hall. Having measured and double checked we were happy that rug would just fit. However when arrived it was 2cm wider that advertised and did not fit hall which is frustrating. Decided to place it on landing as nice design and good quality but frustrating. Otherwise happy with quality and speed of service.”
