“Delivery was awful and while some will say that's not the sellers fault they chose to use UPS so I do blame them. Due for delivery Friday 11-3pm and at 4pm get an email saying end of day. Then nothing - only by checking the website do I see that delivery was refused !!! no further contact from UPS so no idea if they are going to deliver Saturday or Monday. On Monday still no contact but at about 4pm I get a ring alert and can see UPS had dropped off and didn't even ring the doorbell. Thankfully it was well wrapped as it was raining at the time. Lesson learned I could have got 20% cheaper elsewhere but delivery was 5-7 days - won't be using again.”

Hi Brian! We are so sorry to hear that you had some issues with your UPS delivery - I can assure you that this is not standard. I have tried to take a further look into this however, I have been unable to locate an order from your email address. “One of the mugs (which are lovely, by the way) was chipped in transit. I emailed Scion who responded within a couple of hours and sent a replacement mug within 2 days. Brill service and lovely hedgehog mugs :)”
