“Poor customer service. I ordered some samples ahead of ordering several sets of curtains and accessories but they arrived in various sizes. This wouldn’t have been a problem but some patterns were not fully shown on the very small sample so couldn’t see all the colours etc yet some samples were relatively big to the pattern. I asked for the patterns I couldn’t see well on the very small samples and was told unlucky order and pay for again but no guarantee I would get a different bit of the pattern. That’s several pairs of curtains plus accessories I won’t be ordering from them.”

“The samples were delivered promptly and free of charge ( which is important when looking at different papers from different suppliers because postage etc adds to the price ) We are extremely pleased with our choice colours are beautiful , quality is top and it was easy paste the wall for hanging its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From us”

“Very sad to say that this was the most awfully protracted and complicated purchase I have ever made. After ordering and paying for several beautiful fabrics that I had taken great care choosing I was sent an email to say 3 of them were subsequently unavailable (despite specific mounts being available at point of purchase). There then ensued 2 weeks of emails trying to sort out refunds and replacement fabrics and despite me requesting a phone call several times this was ignored ~finally received a call after another request and problems were resolved quickly. I would really think twice before ordering from here again. So very disappointed that all my time and effort in choosing the original fabric was a waste of time and that it took so much stressful effort to achieve a resolution.”

“I bought a Lohko mug in poppy red from the Homeware section. This mug arrived quickly and was well protected for its postal journey. The quality of the porcelain is very high and the red is colourful and fresh. Very happy with this retro style mug purchase.”
