“Lovely products. We complained because we bought them two days before the sale started yet there had been no warning that a sale was imminent. Fair's fair, they then promptly refunded the difference between sale price and full price.”

“Great service, arrived promptly and well packed, also as the wallpaper was in the sale it was cheaper than anywhere else! When I had a phone query they were super helpful”

“Order delivered wrongly. No communication. No reply to emails. Can't even answer the phone. I had to get in touch with Sanderson/Harlequin Head Office to intervene and only then did I get some action, but still no communication from 'theteam'! Disgraceful service”

“Very disappointed that the orders arrived too late for them to be put up as there was an unexpected delay, which I would hope to be informed about sooner rather than finding out upon chasing. I do love the design and the samples arrived quickly.”
