“I ordered 10 meters of voile over a week ago. Still not arrived? No answer from customer services Just awful So 150 poumds unaccounted for! My email is cordeliavanbeek@hotmail.co.uk if customer services would like to respond.”

“My parcel arrived very damaged. Whilst I appreciate this may have been caused by the carrier, I was very upset when the cake tins I order had been crushed and crumpled.”

“I forget to add the last line on the address, when I ordered a SURPRISE present for my son. Worried I contacted Customer service advisor Louise, she immediately put my mind at ease and contacted the Delivery agent and kept me informed as to where it was...... And actually sent me a Photo of the package in the shed after delivery... Amazing service....the present was Greatly appreciated and received...... Many thanks will order again due to excellent customer service from Louise 💐”

“Paper was very thin and colour didn’t match picture on website.Customer services quite lucid with no returns advice.I had to email for return guidance and replies not very prompt”

“Ordered wallpaper which arrived very quickly but I needed an extra roll and there's no way of making quick contact to sort out a query, I needed to check that if I ordered on the website again, I'd recieve the same batch number. If this was an option on the website it would have been a quicker process in receiving the extra roll needed rather than waiting 2 days for an email reply before I could then place an order.”

“Ordered a sample of wallpaper first, which came very quickly. Loved the design and quality of the paper so went ahead and ordered. The wallpaper came well packaged and used the paste recommended to. So have a lovely room now which everyone comments on.”

“I bought 2 different size Mr Fox Christmas spatulas for my sister as "stocking fillers" - she cooks a lot and was very pleased with them. I think that the small spatula will prove extremely useful in awkward-shaped/sized pots. They were delivered quickly, in time for Christmas, even though I ordered them on 20 December.”
