We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Price and product was good. The customer service was terrible. I ordered my boxes and heard nothing for 2 weeks and went to cancel the order and only then did I finally receive the dispatch email. Even tried to ring to cancel and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Would not recommend at all”
