We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Ordered a quantity of boxes, (Main thing I was after) and threw in some rolls of tape. For whatever reason the tape was left out the order... Customer service were great and sorted it pronto, mistakes happen, or it could have got lost in transit, it's hectic right now. Either way got a partial refund sorted no problem. As for the boxes, I'm no connoisseur, they were as advertised and have been fit for purpose. No negative marks for the delivery time due to COVID which still turned up within a week. I'd definitely look here first for packaging supplies in the future.”

“We have a mail order company and as a result get through a lot of bags. We saw that schott packaging were very competitively priced so decided to try them and test their mail bags. The mailbags were delivered within the promised time (I understand the delays caused by COVID19). However the quality of the bags is inferior to the other companies I have used in the past. They have a tough texture and break much more easily and as a result it will be difficult to order again. We order over 500,000 bags a year and it's a shame because the price was right.”

“I was very pleased with the service I got from Schott Packaging. They have an efficient website and my order was despatched and delivered promptly and the goods were good value for money. The only problem was the packaging was torn down one side (probably not Schott Packaging's fault). My order was complete so no problem really.
