We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Boxes are very good quality and very good prices. Very disappointed with the attention. My order came incomplete and for about a week I called almost every day and sent emails and they didn't answer. When finally they answered, they claim they cannot send the missing items with next day delivery (service for which I paid for originally). At the end I asked for a refund which they complied. Slow, unresponsive and dissatisfying customer attention. Good quality products.”
